Original poem by Audrey Vaughan but using my French translation, with a brief Latin introduction (meaning: "for this is my body"). Set for SATB choir.
I have also made a German translation and the original English version of the piece (also including the Latin introduction)
which are also available on this site.
It is a meditation on the meaning of transubstantiation.
It is performed here by the Budapest Scoring Choir under Peter Pejtsik.

L'éternité du monde repose dans ma main
la peine lourde d'amour, de rédemption est un soupir dans ma main
O mon Christ Seigneur de l'infini petit pour mon confort, là dans ma main
Humilité d'amour qui repose là si bas,
Blanc, plein de confiance et soin dans ma main
Là dans ma main repose mon Dieu.
