Wildlife in the Nursery
Come on Mum up to my den
See what I've found
There's wildlife in the nursery
And animals abound
Lookee here, I've found a mouse
Eek! a mouse inside the house
Lookee here, I've found a gorilla
Wow! a gorilla behind that pillar
Lookee here, I've found a whale
Hear her sing inside that pail
Come on Mum up to my den
See what I've found
There's wildlife in the nursery
And animals abound
Lookee here, I've found a frog
Croaking on a plastic log
Lookee here, I've found a bat
Squeaks so high you can't hear that
Lookee here, I've found a pony
The pony's real, he's not a phoney
Come on Mum up to my den
See what I've found
There's wildlife in the nursery
And animals abound
Lookee here, I've found a lion
With eyes so bright at night they shine
Lookee here I've found a croc
That gave Momma quite a shock
Lookee here, a parrot now
Imitating me somehow!
Come on Mum up to my den
See what I've found
There's wildlife in the nursery
And animals abound
Lookee here oh Mum come quick
A squirrel's come to show his trick
Lookee here oh Mum beware
A great big tiger in his lair
Lookee here oh Mum watch out
A dinosaur has shown his snout
Come on Mum up to my den
See what I've found
There's wildlife in the nursery
And animals abound

Hickory Dickory dock
The mouse ran up the clock,
The clock struck one
The mouse ran down
Hickory Dickory dock.
2
Hickory Dickory dock,
The mouse ran up the clock,
The clock struck two
And down he flew,
Hickory Dickory dock.
3
Hickory Dickory dock,
The mouse ran up the clock,
The clock struck three
Oh dearie me,
Hickory Dickory dock.
4
Hickory Dickory dock,
The mouse ran up the clock,
The clock struck four,
His feet were sore,
Hickory Dickory dock.
5
Hickory Dickory dock,
The mouse ran up the clock,
The clock struck five,
He's just alive,
Hickory Dickory dock.
6
Hickory Dickory dock,
The mouse ran up the clock,
The clock struck six,
He's in a fix,
Hickory Dickory dock.
7
Hickory Dickory dock,
The mouse ran up the clock,
The clock struck seven,
He's near to heaven,
Hickory Dickory dock.
8
Hickory Dickory dock,
The mouse ran up the clock,
The bells went mad,
The mouse declared
I'll never go back to that clock!
9
Hickory Dickory dock,
The mouse saw a cat near the clock,
He rushed inside
He had to hide
But the cat he did prowl round his clock.
10
Hickory Dickory dock
The mouse was still there in the clock
The clock struck one
Our story's done
Hickory Dickory Dock

Chicken little
03:02
|
|||
Chicken Little walking
Along a country way,
When something bumped her on the head
That sunny day.
"Oh dear! I think the sky is falling down!
I think the sky is falling down!"
"Now," said Chicken Little,
"Now what shall I do?
The sky will fall,
crushing all,
I know that must be true!
So I must run and tell the King, King, King,
Yes, I must run and tell the King!"
Henny Penny walking
Along a country way,
Met Chicken Little,
And she said, "Hello! Good day!
Dear Chicken, may I walk with you, you, you?
Dear Chicken, may I walk with you?"
"Come," said Chicken Little,
"I've sad news to bring,
The sky will fall,
thumping all,
And I must tell the King!
So, Henny, you may walk with me, me, me,
So, Henny, you may walk with me."
Ducky Daddles walking
Along a country way,
Met up with Chick and Henny
And he said, "Good day!
Dear Chicken, may I walk with you, you, you?
Dear Chicken, may I walk with you?"
"Come," said Chicken Little,
"We've sad news to bring,
The sky will fall,
hitting all,
And we must tell the King!
So, Ducky, you may walk with me, me, me,
So, Ducky, you may walk with me."
Turkey Lurkey walking
Along a country way,
Met Chicken, Duck and Hen,
And said to them,
"Good day!
Dear Chicken, may I walk with you, you, you?
Dear Chicken, may I walk with you?"
"Come," said Chicken Little,
"We've sad news to bring,
The sky will fall,
bopping all,
And we must tell the King!
So, Turkey, you may walk with me, me, me,
So, Turkey, you may walk with me."
Foxy Loxy walking
Along a country way,
Met up with them,
And thought, "Mmmm, Hmmm!
I'll feast today!"
"Dear Fox," said Chicken Little,
"News we bring.
Please tell us where to find the King."
"Come," said Foxy Loxy,
"I'll show you the way."
He led them then
To his den,
Or so the stories say.
But here's what really happened
On that day:
They turned and ran the other way!

The Birding song
03:19
|
|||
My little pal goes twitching twitching
She loves to watch our feathered friends
You call her in to have some food
But she stays outside with the sparrows' brood
She thinks the TV's awfully dull
She prefers to listen to the laughing gull
My little pal goes twitching twitching
She loves to watch our feathered friends
You ask her if she'll come and play
But she's with the doves, which coo all day
Then off she runs to her favourite hide
To glimpse the herons by the riverside
My little pal goes twitching twitching
She loves to watch our feathered friends
My little pal goes twitching twitching
She loves to watch our feathered friends
You ask her in to watch cartoons
But she prefers to stay where the bittern booooooooms
She says, "no wait! there's the song of the plover
There's so much more in this world to discover."
My little pal goes twitching twitching
She loves to watch our feathered friends
Then one day she found a crested parakeet
And she never came back inside to eat
I think she's still out there in the hide
Listening to the robins,
egrets,
kookookookookaburras,
nightingales,
eagles,
tawny owls,
and don't forget the common eiderduck!
My little pal goes twitching twitching
She loves to watch our feathered friends

Three little pigs
01:56
|
|||
Three little pigs one sunny day
Saw a wolf and they ran away
They ran to the home of the chimpanzee
But he wouldn't let them have the key
They ran to the home of the friendly cow
But she couldn't let them in just now
They ran to the home of the great wild boar
By now their trotters were getting sore
The wild boar told them to run and hide
So they ran and ran and they squealed and sighed
And they ran to the horse and they begged some straw
But the horse shooed them off so they ran some more
Then the pigs they reached the farmer's house
And were welcomed in by the tenant mouse
The mouse she said to the pigs all three
"I'll help you if you'll help me"
You've got a wolf and I've got a cat
"We need to collaborate on that"
So they hatched a plot to rid themselves
Of all the cats and all the wolves
But as they sat and hatched their plan
They forgot to post a lookout man
So mouse and pigs I regret to say
Were no more seen.
----'Cos they ran away!

Three blind mice
Three blind mice –
See how they run
See how they run
They all run after the farmer's wife
Who cut off their tails with a carving knife
You never saw such a thing in your life as three blind mice!

Mary had a little ...
01:58
|
|||
Mary had a little lamb, its fleece was black as soot, and everywhere that Mary went, his sooty foot he put
Mary had a rattlesnake, with music in its tail, it followed Mary everywhere and made her friends quite pale.
Mary had a small raccoon, which was so very cute, but everywhere that Mary ate, it tried to wash her fruit
Mary had a squirrel then, which ate through wires and cable, when Mary turned her TV on, she found she wasn't able.
So Mary said she'd have a wolf, a loyal savage beast, it kept her safe like Romulus, didn't scare her in the least.
Then Mary's choice fell on a moose, which brayed and smelt quite strong, and everywhere that Mary went her friends declared "So long!"
Mary had a tyrannosaur, she grew it from a cell, but when she took the beast to school the teachers left as well
So Mary is alone right now, no humans venture near her, but Mary is quite happy
With squirrel, moose, wolf, tyrannosaur, racoon, rattlesnake and, oh yes, a little lamb to cheer her

The Elephant
02:03
|

The elephant has a wrinkly skin
This nose is thick and his tail is thin
Never forget the elephant and he won't forget you you you
The elephant has a very loud song
His tail is small and his nose is long
Never forget the elephant and he won't forget you you you
The elephant lives in a herd
His tail is cute but his nose absurd
Never forget the elephant and he won't forget you you you
The elephant is brave they say
His tail will swish and his nose will spray
Never forget the elephant and he won't forget you you you
The elephant has a sense of fun
His tail stands still but his nose takes your bun
Never forget the elephant and he won't forget you you you
The elephant has floppy ears
And he's been around for years and years
So never forget the elephant and he won't forget you you you
